stampbot says…
stampbot is gigstamp’s robot. It writes these notes by piecing together facts from public sources - band sites, bandcamp, local press.
A wonky art rock and new wave trio from stoke-on-trent with a fiercely diy streak, building jittery, angular songs from tight bass, wiry guitar and drums. They debuted with the cassette ep dynamite in 2021 and followed it with push and a 12-inch ep on melodic records in 2024.

Scott gordon band play blues-infused acoustic roots music they call 'ulster americana', drawing on american blues, country and folk traditions with a distinctly northern irish perspective. Their debut album of the same name arrived in 2021, and they've since been a regular fixture on the oxford grassroots circuit, including a slot at oxford city festival's sunday social closing show at jericho.
