gigstamp is a free listings service for live music in oxford. We aggregate gig information from public sources and link out to venues and ticket sellers. We are not a ticketing platform: we don't sell tickets, take bookings or handle payments.

We work to keep listings useful, but we can't guarantee they are accurate, complete or up to date. Gigs change, sell out and get cancelled, and source data can be wrong. Always confirm dates, times and prices with the venue or ticket seller before relying on them. gigstamp isn't liable for losses arising from out-of-date or incorrect listings.

Booking and source links lead to third-party websites we don't control. We're not responsible for their content, availability, prices, terms or the way they handle your data. Visiting them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

Please don't misuse the site — no attempts to disrupt or break it, and no scraping, copying or republishing the listings in bulk without our permission. You may link to gigstamp freely.

Anyone can submit a one-off gig, and approved promoters can publish their own listings. By submitting a gig, or by applying to become a verified promoter, you confirm that: you have the right to list the event; the details are accurate and not misleading; and the content isn't infringing, offensive or unlawful. Please don't submit events you aren't involved in or authorised to list.

gigstamp moderates submissions and may edit, reject or remove any listing, and may decline or revoke verified-promoter access, at our discretion — for example where details are inaccurate or misleading or breach these terms. A verified promoter's listings publish immediately, and the promoter is responsible for their accuracy; we may suspend that access at any time.

You remain responsible for the events and content you submit, and you grant gigstamp permission to display, format and distribute that content as part of the listings. We only use the email you give us to contact you about your submission or promoter account.

The gigstamp name, branding and the design and arrangement of the site are ours. Individual gig and venue details originate from their respective sources and remain the property of those owners.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.

These terms are governed by the laws of england & wales, and any disputes are subject to the courts of england & wales.
