Wiyaala was named one of the bbc's 100 inspiring and influential women in 2024, and has played festivals and concert halls across africa, europe, north america and australia. She comes from ghana's upper west region, and this touring show pairs her voice with the slovenian classical guitarist miha petric. It is an evening of songs, storytelling and conversation about the traditions and everyday village life of northern ghana.
