Their brighton fringe run at the brunswick sold out, and so did the fringe gig before it. The act is a flight of the conchords tribute band: an hour of deadpan comedy songs, awkward between-song banter and a lot of talking over the intros. Sets pull in the well known tunes and the deeper cuts, with local comics opening.

Brighton pianist and vocalist with more than twenty years of professional singing behind her, trained as an opera singer before moving across jazz, folk, pop and musical theatre. She leads a jazz ensemble devoted to the joni mitchell songbook and sings with a close-harmony beatles trio, and teaches voice at the brighton academy. At the nautilus lounge she plays solo piano from 9, a returning fixture rather than a one-off.
