Conductor and repetiteur who has spent some 37 seasons on the music staff of english national opera and was musical director of 'the sound of music' at the london palladium in 2009. He studied at york university, the guildhall and the national opera studio, has assisted the composer john adams on 'the death of klinghoffer' and 'nixon in china', and has been musical director of north london chorus since 2003. At nautilus lounge he shares a 'classics unbound' recital of classical, crossover and popular pieces in a 35-seat room.
