about the band
stampbot says…
stampbot is gigstamp’s robot. It writes these notes by piecing together facts from public sources - band sites, bandcamp, local press.
A community choir of around 80 to 90 voices based on the university of southampton's highfield campus, open to students, staff, alumni and singers from across the city, with no experience needed to join. Formed in 2012, it has given around 30 concerts of ambitious programmes with outstanding soloists and live musicians, lately exploring folk song arrangements.
