Luxury Goods

£7.00
details on yellowarch.com →

After a much needed break, Luxury Goods are back! Powerhouse vocals, introspective lyrics, hypnotising synths, catchy guitar hooks and drums that instantly make you wanna be at a gig are woven into melodies that your mind keeps wandering back to. Luxury Goods have received support from BBC Radio 6, BBC Introducing, the BBC Introducing Hot List and Amazing Radio. They have performed at Tramlines Festival (Main Stage), Live at Leeds, Liverpool Sound City, ESNS, Long Division and Y Not Festival. They have played with high-profile acts Martha Hill, Orchards, Self Esteem, Skinny Pelembe, Our Girl, While She Sleeps and Zuzu. The band has an impressive track record and was selected as one of the best emerging artists of 2020 by Glastonbury Festival. Building on these successes, Luxury Goods released their debut EP ‘This is No Time to Dance’ in September 2022 – a four track release showcasing infectious energy and punchy indie-come-alternative-pop soundscapes which move between biting intensity and melancholic reflection (Backseat Mafia). Their music is bold, powerful and unapologetic, because we are all Luxury Goods. “Great to have you back! Not only making music, but pushing the boundaries of things that should be spoken about through music as well.” - BBC Introducing Sheffield “Thoughtful and uplifting pop that shimmers in energy, and delights with its lyrical content.” - Glastonbury EMT Competition “Luxury Goods have taken their sound from The Netherlands to Sheffield and made their music at home in the vibrant UK city. An up-and-coming artist providing listeners with their alt-pop needs.” - NOCTIS “Luxury Goods who have built a reputation for their lush alt-pop melodies, are journeying towards an upcoming debut EP, their career poised to reach new heights.” - EARMILK
