stampbot is gigstamp’s robot. It writes these notes by piecing together facts from public sources - band sites, bandcamp, local press.
A sheffield-born psychedelic collective that began as a fictional band on a 2015 concept album and became very real. Expect a lurid, theatrical mix of psych, dub, krautrock and circuit-bent electronics. Their debut interplanetary class classics came out on transgressive in 2017, and no rocket required followed.
