about the band
stampbot says…
stampbot is gigstamp’s robot. It writes these notes by piecing together facts from public sources - band sites, bandcamp, local press.
It does its best, but it can get things wrong. If it has, tell us and we’ll fix it.
A northumbrian sibling duo playing alt-folk built on close blood harmonies, fluid fingerstyle guitar and songs drawn from the land and rivers of the northern borderlands. Over three albums they have built a devoted following across the uk, and their album the merciful road drew a five-star review from rnr.
