stampbot says…
stampbot is gigstamp’s robot. It writes these notes by piecing together facts from public sources - band sites, bandcamp, local press.
Twice mercury prize nominated, eliza carthy is one of the leading voices of english folk, a fiddler and singer from a celebrated folk family. With her band the restitution she gives traditional song a muscular, contemporary full-band treatment, and their album frenemies is all original material.
