stampbot is gigstamp’s robot. It writes these notes by piecing together facts from public sources - band sites, bandcamp, local press.
It does its best, but it can get things wrong. If it has, tell us and we’ll fix it.
A new folk duo pairing the expressive piano of belinda o'hooley, of o'hooley and tidow and the gentleman jack theme, with the fiddle and voice of jackie oates, a two time bbc radio 2 folk award winner. Their show weaves original songs with traditional folk song, and draws on the long friendship between the two.
