stampbot is gigstamp’s robot. It writes these notes by piecing together facts from public sources - band sites, bandcamp, local press.
A soft rock duo writing literary, emotionally direct songs, who earned a juno nomination for breakthrough artist of the year and opened for sigrid at wembley arena. Their debut album the precariat, released on thirty tigers, was written over six years between nashville, los angeles, vancouver, michigan and london.

An Oxford three-piece featuring Mick Quinn of Supergrass, formed in 2010 and described as heavier and hairier than his old band. They released the eps stranger in the alps in 2011 and loosen up in 2013, then reformed in 2024 with an expanded line up and a sold out home town show.
