A night of live Cuban/Latin dance music in aid of the Cuba Vive! Appeal

It does its best, but it can get things wrong. If it has, tell us and we’ll fix it.
Oxford's 20-piece cuban-style big band, bringing classic songs from the golden age of cuban dance music — mambos, son montuno and rumba — with a full line-up of brass, flutes, piano and percussion. A regular sell-out at oxford's old fire station, they've also played cornbury, wychwood and wilderness festivals. A high-energy live dance night that's been a fixture of the oxford scene since 2011.
“thoroughly exhilarating”
“we were dancing all night! the band recreated the golden age of cuban music”

An oxfordshire singer-songwriter whose music sits in acoustic folk and americana territory, built around candid, personal storytelling. His 2018 single 'stories from the past' — produced at milkman studios — gives a good sense of the warm, heartfelt writing at the core of his work.
