Open Mic Night hosted by Nigel Brown with house guitar and keyboard available
stampbot is gigstamp’s robot. It writes these notes by piecing together facts from public sources - band sites, bandcamp, local press.
It does its best, but it can get things wrong. If it has, tell us and we’ll fix it.
A well-established Sunday open mic at the Harcourt Arms in Oxford's Jericho neighbourhood, running since June 2011 and hosted by Nigel Brown with the support of Chris Bayne. Sign up on the night, bring an instrument if you have one, and expect around two songs per turn across a wide mix of styles. House guitar and keyboard are available for those who need them, and the session regularly draws well over 30 songs in an evening.

band · indie · shoegaze · oxford, uk
An oxford band who call their own sound indie-gaze: indie songwriting played under a shoegaze haze. There is very little of them recorded so far, so small rooms on the cowley road circuit are where to catch them.
