Homegrown Oxfordshire musical goodness
stampbot is gigstamp’s robot. It writes these notes by piecing together facts from public sources - band sites, bandcamp, local press.
It does its best, but it can get things wrong. If it has, tell us and we’ll fix it.
The JST Live Lounge is a free monthly live music night at the James Street Tavern, a Victorian style pub in east Oxford. Each edition runs a short bill of local acts back to back through the evening, starting around 8:30pm, mixing singer songwriters with full bands. The pub bills it as its flagship music night, and there is no charge to get in.

band · indie · shoegaze · oxford, uk
An oxford band who call their own sound indie-gaze: indie songwriting played under a shoegaze haze. There is very little of them recorded so far, so small rooms on the cowley road circuit are where to catch them.
