Future Transmissions presents Heathen Apostles/Tom Webber

The Heathen Apostles are a gothic Americana band formed in 2013 by Chopper Franklin and Mather Louth. They have a mix of western music, post-punk, and gothic rock elements. The band has been active in the music scene and has released several albums, including "Boot Hill Hymnal" (2013), "Fire to the Fuse" (2015), "Requiem For a Remix" (2016), "Bloodgrass Vol. 1 & 2" (2018), "Dust To Dust" (2019), "Bloodgrass Vol. 3 & 4" (2022), and "The In Between" (2024). They have also been involved in charity work, such as supporting victims of the California wildfires with proceeds from their benefit song "Paradise Lost" in 2019. The band continues to tour and release new music, showcasing their unique blend of Gothic Americana and dark roots music.

Tom Webber's journey in music began with his grandfather as a mentor, and he has since become a prominent figure in the music scene. His debut EP "Stop and Think About It" showcases his unique voice and production style, earning him recognition from BBC Introducing. Tom's performances at major festivals like Glastonbury and Isle of Wight have solidified his status as a talented musician. In 2024, he released the singles "This Time" and "Keep Calling," and continued to tour with notable artists like Tom Meighan. His upcoming documentary project "The Unexpected Return of Mr Meek" will feature unreleased backing tracks from the 60s. Tom's music blends classic and contemporary influences, and he continues to evolve as an artist, producing fresh tracks and engaging with his audience through live performances and creative projects
