Oxford band who played radio 1 sound city in 1997 and put out singles on shifty disco and fierce panda before splitting in 1999. The surviving members regrouped after the death of their original bassist in 2023, and in 2026 released '50 men', their first new single in 27 years. Melodic, noisy guitar songs with something to say.

London diy band who file themselves under 'mummycore riotpop kitchenpunx': feminist post-punk played fast, loud and with a lot of jokes. They self-released the album 'i, doris' in 2021 and have kept putting out singles since. Songs about hrt, the menopause and being talked over.
