about the band
stampbot says…
stampbot is gigstamp’s robot. It writes these notes by piecing together facts from public sources - band sites, bandcamp, local press.
It does its best, but it can get things wrong. If it has, tell us and we’ll fix it.
London pop rock band fronted by wendy james, whose brash blend of punk attitude and chart pop gave them late 1980s hits including i want your love and baby i don't care. James revived the band with a new lineup in 2025.
