stampbot says…
stampbot is gigstamp’s robot. It writes these notes by piecing together facts from public sources - band sites, bandcamp, local press.
Essex storyteller scott lavene writes funny, sad and poignant songs peopled with ne'er do wells, ragamuffins and eccentrics, delivered with a scrappy pop-punk bite. His album disneyland in dagenham came out on nothing fancy, with craig finn of the hold steady guesting on the single paper roses, and won praise from the times and steve lamacq.
“can't stop listening, it's everything i like all at once.”
