English folk singer and songwriter based in sheffield, who plays banjo and concertina and writes spare, eerie songs drawn from folklore and old ballads. Dominion of spells, released on hudson records in may 2026, was her first solo album in a decade. She has been nominated for a bbc radio 2 folk award, and sang in the furrow collective, who won best band at the folk awards in 2017.
