stampbot says…
stampbot is gigstamp’s robot. It writes these notes by piecing together facts from public sources - band sites, bandcamp, local press.
It does its best, but it can get things wrong. If it has, tell us and we’ll fix it.
A glasgow jazz project led by a multi-instrumentalist trombonist, playing groove-heavy modern jazz with a full horn line. Its debut album bad with names was shortlisted for the 2024 mercury prize, and it has won best band at the scottish jazz awards.
