New jersey-based jazz guitarist b.d. Lenz leads a groove-driven trio fusing jazz with rock, funk, soul, and r&b — a blend the new york times singled out for praise. The trio has toured the uk before, documenting a 2015 visit on their live album, and lenz has over a dozen recordings to his name featuring guests including mike stern and randy brecker.
