about the band
stampbot says…
stampbot is gigstamp’s robot. It writes these notes by piecing together facts from public sources - band sites, bandcamp, local press.
An eight piece funk, soul, disco and ska collective with more than two decades of gigging behind them. They rework soulful classics and forgotten gems in a brass heavy style, with their own horn section and a lead vocalist up front.
