An international jazz group of improvisers with a long shared history, playing original music that weaves in and out of improvisation and draws on west african rhythm traditions. With no harmony instrument the sound is raw and open, thunderous grooves colliding with dreamlike landscapes; the name is irish for fragments or small broken pieces.
