Laura B and Her Band ★ The Moonlight Sirens

The Country Soul Sessions would like to invite you to an evening of Rhythm & Blues, Swing, Rock ’N’ Roll and of course some Country Soul ♩♫ ♩ ♪ ♬ ♪

Laura B and Her Band Reprising last year’s fantastic December CSS we welcome back Laura B and Her all-star band to the Country Soul. Laura and Her Band are one of the UK’s foremost authentic recording Rhythm & Blues artists. Laura B’s powerful vocal style is inspired by R&B singing legends such as Ruth Brown, Big Maybelle, LaVern Baker and Etta James. Yes Laura B ‘rocks' and yes 'she rolls' but she is more than ably backed by a fantastic seven-piece outfit that includes some of the finest R&B musicians in the UK and Europe. To date Laura B and her band have recorded three long players culminating in their latest release ‘Just A Little Love’ (Shack Records) in 2020. Having played at major events and festivals in the UK and all over Europe this is a great opportunity to see this amazing outfit perform within an intimate club environment. If their last performance at the CSS is anything to go by then don’t miss them as they were incredible!
