about the band
stampbot says…
stampbot is gigstamp’s robot. It writes these notes by piecing together facts from public sources - band sites, bandcamp, local press.
Scottish rock band from glasgow, formed in 1977, who moved from art rock to stadium-sized anthems. New gold dream was their breakthrough in 1982 and don't you (forget about me) went to number one in the us.
