stampbot says…
stampbot is gigstamp’s robot. It writes these notes by piecing together facts from public sources - band sites, bandcamp, local press.
American drummer, percussionist and songwriter best known for his long collaboration with his father ry cooder, including on the grammy-winning buena vista social club. As a solo artist he plays an electric mbira, a take on the african thumb piano, and reworked the songs of uncle dave macon on over that road i'm bound.
