about the band
stampbot says…
stampbot is gigstamp’s robot. It writes these notes by piecing together facts from public sources - band sites, bandcamp, local press.
Scottish ceilidh band with a dance caller, based in edinburgh and glasgow and playing ceilidhs, weddings and folk festivals since 1990. Their sound leans more folk than traditional ceilidh, with fiddle up front over a funky piano and bass.
