about the band

Band of Friends

stampbot says…

stampbot is gigstamp’s robot. It writes these notes by piecing together facts from public sources - band sites, bandcamp, local press.

It does its best, but it can get things wrong. If it has, and we’ll fix it.

Band of friends was formed in 2012 by gerry mcavoy, rory gallagher's bassist for 20 years, to celebrate gallagher's legacy by playing his music to live audiences. The set mixes rory gallagher songs with the band's own material.
