  weekly, sundays

  A free weekly music open mic running every Sunday in the side bar of The Actors, Kemptown's inclusive LGBTQAI+ pub and theatre in Brighton. Sign-up opens at 7:30pm and the music starts at 8pm, with a full backline provided on stage so performers can get straight into it. It's free to watch and free to play, and everyone is welcome from first-timers to seasoned regulars.

• Dyke Night

  Dyke Night is a weekly DIY night at the Actors, made by lesbians for lesbians and open to dykes of all types. Each Thursday has its own theme, from karaoke and open decks to dress up, pet night or games night. Coming on your own is very much welcome.
