MEGA HOT HEELS Arfa & Eva here, We are hosting a blowout party at The Hope & Ruin on Thursday the 3rd of September, bands in the venue and DJs in the bar and it’s all FREE! Performances from:- Two Pounds Down- Arcadia Residential- Laikk For friends, dance fiends, and cheapskate students. We will be DJing all night from 9pm till 2. A brighton indie-rock band who have become regulars on the hope & ruin's bill, one of the city's key grassroots stages. They describe the sound as music from your neighbour's garden: loose guitar songs with a psychedelic tilt.

A brighton four-piece who earned an asbo magazine feature barely six months into playing together. They call their sound floaty indie rock with a dark, grungy edge, and their live sets land heavier than the recordings. Their single soda, out in august 2026, is their most driving release so far.
