Huntington beach band who have spent three decades fusing gangsta rap with punk rock, a hybrid they call g-punk, with reggae creeping in along the way. Their 2000 album broke reached the billboard 200, and they have since put out sixteen studio albums and sold over 700,000 records worldwide.

Florida band built around singer scooter ward, making brooding, heavy alternative rock since the late eighties. 13 ways to bleed on stage was their breakthrough in 2000, and it and year of the spider both went gold; they split in 2006 and reunited in 2009, most recently releasing the things we can't stop.
