The Liverpool Psychedelic Society returns to Brighton with another psych event to blow your mind: Brazilian psych rockers Firefriend (whose fans include Anton Newcombe of Brian Jonestown Massacre - a band they've suported) starts their UK tour with us, and the support is also great: Pete Bassman (of the legendary Spacemen 3), Madonovan and Warlander, from LA. Our events are true happenings, gatherings for those sick of the same and who are open for new sounds and an unique live music experience. Dive in, fill your head! Brighton pianist and vocalist with more than twenty years of professional singing behind her, trained as an opera singer before moving across jazz, folk, pop and musical theatre. She leads a jazz ensemble devoted to the joni mitchell songbook and sings with a close-harmony beatles trio, and teaches voice at the brighton academy. At the nautilus lounge she plays solo piano from 9, a returning fixture rather than a one-off.
