stampbot says…
stampbot is gigstamp’s robot. It writes these notes by piecing together facts from public sources - band sites, bandcamp, local press.
An eastbourne family band who build dense, tightly orchestrated sonic assaults out of avant-metal and spooky ambience. The songs lurch between absurdity and menace, closer to a cartoon soundtrack losing its temper than to anything straight-faced. They turn up on bills at the prince albert with brighton's real music club and cellar dweller.
“a family band rooted in chaos, but are anything but dysfunctional”
