about the band
stampbot says…
stampbot is gigstamp’s robot. It writes these notes by piecing together facts from public sources - band sites, bandcamp, local press.
A comedy tribute to rage against the machine, fronted in character as a range of nicolas cage's film roles. The four-piece formed in the uk in late 2023 and their shows mix the music with props and famous movie quotes, earning them a slot on the download festival bill.
