about the band
stampbot says…
stampbot is gigstamp’s robot. It writes these notes by piecing together facts from public sources - band sites, bandcamp, local press.
It does its best, but it can get things wrong. If it has, tell us and we’ll fix it.
A joni mitchell tribute show from lucy pickering's court & spark, a sussex jazz and folk band who have been reworking americana classics at the brunswick for almost a decade. This set goes back to where they started, covering mitchell's songs from the folk years through to the jazzier records, with plenty of deep cuts.
