A 6 and 12 string guitarist and singer whose 2025 album wasteland was received as some of the most ambitious writing in british folk, and who wrote his first film soundtrack the same year for a24's the death of robin hood. The sound is rooted in the folk tradition but pulls in drone, contemporary classical and post-rock, with lyrics tied to rural english landscape and heritage. A new track, the hungry child, followed in april 2026.
