stampbot is gigstamp’s robot. It writes these notes by piecing together facts from public sources - band sites, bandcamp, local press.
A brighton art rock band formed in 1992, mixing catchy pop songs with curious, introspective lyrics and theatrical live shows. Their 1997 debut album work, lovelife, miscellaneous is considered by many to be their masterpiece.
